What: Camp athletes will be immersed in the experience of the Marmion Academy Cross Country program. Each day of camp, runners will experience:

• Personal coaching and mentoring on their personal goals, Marmion’s training philosophy, and team culture values from current Marmion and Rosary high school cross country runners and the Marmion cross country coaching staff.
• Running workouts, injury prevention exercises, strength training, core workout routines, and team building competitions.
• A variety of training environments that Marmion’s campus provides, including our new track, football turf, a 3-mile grass cross country course, indoor fieldhouse, gymnasium, padded wrestling room, and weight room.
• How to reflect and connect the lessons they learn from running to their life and faith in God outside of the sport to grow as both an athlete and a Christian.
• Daily life lessons and inspirational messages from the team’s high school athletes and coaches that connect running, life, and our Christian faith.
• End-of-Camp Race – At the end of the week, every camp runner will get a chance to race and compete on our new, state-of-the-art blue track surface in a fun and fast environment!
• Receive an official Marmion Cross Country Camp Running Shirt for participating in this camp.
